Fix it please!!

On both My iPad 4 and my iPhone 5 when I go to options and set the Visual Quality to anything other then standard (which looks pretty jagged and iffy) the games stutters.
Which in return really kills the entire game, you know being its a rhythm game and all.
Please fix it so I can enjoy this game like I know I will!!!
